Before you save your details
Is PayBridgeNP ID free?
Yes, completely free for shoppers. You only ever pay the amount the store is charging you, nothing extra.
Do I need to create an account first?
No sign-up. The first time you pay at a store that uses PayBridgeNP, we offer to save your details. That is your PayBridgeNP ID.
Is my eSewa or Khalti password stored?
Never. You log in on your wallet's own page when you pay, so your password never reaches PayBridgeNP.
What if I get a new phone or number?
If you kept your number, a one-time code signs you in on the new phone. Saved an email to your ID? You can log in with that too. For a new number, write to support@paybridgenp.com and we will help.
Can I delete my details?
Yes, anytime, from your account. Autofill stops instantly and your details are never shared with any store again.
Which stores can I use it at?
Any store that shows Pay with PayBridgeNP at checkout. Your one verified number works across all of them.
Do stores see what I buy elsewhere?
No. A store only receives your name, phone, and delivery address for that one order. Nothing about where else you shop.
